I am extremely disappointed with Bisleri’s customer service. Their support team is unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacks professionalism. Despite multiple complaints about delivery issues and invoicing, they failed to provide any resolution. Their customer care representatives either ignore calls or provide vague responses without actually solving the problem.
It’s frustrating to deal with a brand that claims to be the best in packaged drinking water but cannot handle basic customer concerns. If you ever face an issue with Bisleri, don’t expect quick or effective support. Their lack of responsibility and poor issue resolution make it one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
Definitely not recommended if you expect reliable service!
