I am a gadget freak and I love to buy and use latest gadget whether I use it or not.i decided to buy **SAMSUNG BLUTOOTH HEADSET** for my samsung **galaxy J7**.I Visited BIG C as it is near to my ROOM in **AMEERPET**.There they just changed my mind by saying that better you go for **SONY BLUETOOTH MONO HEADSET** as it is one of the best brand for audio output.I told them many times that I am currently using SAMSUNG and I really dont know whether **SONY bluetooth** headset is **compartible** with **samsung** or not.They told me that it is one of the best compartible bluetooth headset from sony and it is **easily compartible** with every anroid phone.So they just opened the seal and there I checked its audio quality and what I find out that it is **not compartible** with my samsung **j7** as I wont hear the voice of caller clearly, so much disturbances as noise cancellation technology also not working well with that bluetooth.So I told them that I **dont want** this SONY BLUETOOTH and just **changed** to samsung and they simply replied with a heavy voice that **once the seal is broken means the item was sold**.i was **forced to buy** that headset and next day I have to give the add in OLX.Horrible experiance with BIC C.They dont think about the customer requirement they just want to sell their products to the customer according to their wish.

*Misleading** the customer by giving wrong information about the product.
They **wont** provide you **servicing** if your phone is not working.you have to take your phone to the respective care like samsung care, nokia care.
*Worst** customer service and care.
*Behaviour** of the outlet employee is **horrible** and very **rude**.
Better to go for others normal shop rather than this type of **so called** REPUTED OUTLETS.
