Bhanzu is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I would like to share my recent experience with Bhanzu, a service provider that offers Mathematics training & educational services for children. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
My child is now 9 years old and was studying in the third standard when he joined Bhanzu. However, in just three months, my child was moved up to the fourth standard. Despite this, I found that Bhanzu's curriculum was not suitable for my child's level of understanding. In 14 classes, they were teaching the history of mathematics, which may be appropriate for some students, but my child needed more practical and hands-on learning experiences to grasp the concepts.
Despite raising my concerns, Bhanzu has failed to deliver on their promises and provide an appropriate learning experience for my child. Additionally, their services have been consistently delayed, causing significant inconvenience to me and my family.
As a result of these issues, I have decided to discontinue using Bhanzu's services altogether. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable, professional, and responsive service providers.
In conclusion, I would urge all parents to be cautious and carefully consider their options before selecting Bhanzu for educational services.
