This company is one of the worse, fraud and scam company. I've used their several products/services such as product loan, mobile insurance etc. and they ruined my cibil first of all and everything.
On my product loan, there was only 2600 inr of payment pending, but they deducted almost 11000 inr and still now they're asking me to pay another 21000. I denied everything but this company is just ruining my cibil every month.
Second, one of their stupid executive gave me a mobile insurance without even asking me, when I purchased mobile on EMI from this fraud company. When I applied for the mobile insurance claim, they took 4 months to give me claim money(Even 700 less) where it only took 1.5 month. Second time, they again took 4 months to give me my claim money, even the payment was 4500 but they only gave me 3300, also I've to pay additional 1500 to get this money.
