I have this in my hme since 4-5 years now.V got this home as bajaj is a very trusted brand.
But I was disappointed how it works.
It provides cooling effect but after some 1-2 hrs our skin feels sticky n kind of humid.which I dont like.usually nit time v turn it on and slp whnrvr v wake up in midnit.v feel heating air and our skin vl b kind of humid.
And it provides horrible sound.which is very loud.
Not satisfied vt the money v spent v on it and the work it does for us.
It had some issue just aftr 7 months of usage and the customer service is not good.v called them 2_ 3times dn dy finally came fr service aftr 2 weeks
I feel its durability is not soo good as it had some prblm just after 7 mnths .and also the quality is not so good.
