Doesn't feel like a private bank though it claims to be! The customer service is terrible. They dont know what they are talking about. Few days ago I got a text from the bank regarding some deductions. I checked through the app, there were no extra withdrwals or cash deposits. These are some of the reasons why banks deduct the amount from the bank balance and if not there will certainly be a decution later on but they wont forget to deduct it. I went into my branch asking for the same, they had no reason for it infact lying that the systems were down since morning. In a week 3 times I visited the branch everytime seeking an explaination/clarification. They didn't gave one as they didn't had one! Seriously hate this bank and strongly suggest anyone to avoid getting an account with these thugs!
