I have 4 years of contract with these idiots for which I have paid in advance. At the time of agreement it was claimed that technician will come every 4 months and solve issues if he finds any. Problem here is technicians are lazy we have call them and follow up for repair or cleansing and support people are royal idiots, they have no idea what they are talking about, they have no idea what to do, they give you some toll free number to call up on. Funny part is it doesn't work. I have attached the screenshot of the website which states they can solve your problem in 2 hours sadly they haven't fixed mine since last 2 weeks.
I wud say product is good but support is like "gutter se nikla hua suvar".
I wish there was -5 I can assign to support.
