Bought the product in 2020. Bought AMC in 2021. Ever since I have been asking them to come and service the water heater, but no one bothers to come. Instead, they SHAMELESSLY close the service report as DONE. I have attached all records. Finally in July 2023 my heater stops working and I have no one coming to service the water heater.
