Hotel is just like a guest house.
After 2:30 hours of discussion, they alloted an extra room.
Food is delicious.

He receives us and then disappears.

Here waiter can speak more courteously than the tour manager.
Everything we ask "is it available" they have fixed answer "Not Possible".
One guy asked light is very low in the restaurant so requested to start the rest of the lights, they said it is out of service. At the same time, one guy near to switchboard started all the lights.
One of our guy was not well, I demanded for Maggie to eat, they said we do not have Maggie then after when I said I will bring from market, you just pls cook it. Then he asked to their other kitchen and then say other kitchen has made it we will bring for you
Hotel staff and room are good.

People take Ajay Modi for its food.
But for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner we had to travel for 2.00 KM in extreme cold / rainy weather. So forcefully we had to order from hotel and paid extra money.
The hotel allotted was AKSA RESORT. Hot water was available only between 6:30 to 8:30 am. In -2 to +1 degree temperature.
On regular intervals due to short circuit in bed heater their mattress got burned and hotel management forcefully collected 15000 to 20000. In such situation we felt helpless when Ajay Modi Tours says it is not in our control
And the best part is that we have been told by the manager if you don't pay I will hold you all with the kids and said " Dekhta hu aap check out kaise karte ho ".
At the Hotel Aksa, manager says during night keep the bed heater on for 1 hour. Then stop for 30 minutes then again for 1 hour then stop. So in this case how can we sleep?
Also, room no. 210 and 207 were leaking from ceiling. We called for some help but no one picked up the call, neither on mobile nor on intercom. Full night we suffered a lot. We complained in the morning but no action was taken. Again we requested to do something, so they started repairing at night 11.00 PM. Kids were scared due to heavy noise. I asked for another room they said "Ajay Modi me aisa hi room milta hai".
Wherever we go, first our driver always says to shopkeeper "Ajay Modi wale hain". We feel Ajay Modi manager taking huge commissions from every site scenes.
We feel now Ajay Modi is not the best like before.
Definitely not value for money.
If someone asks for Kashmir, we will never suggest Ajay Modi Travels.
We suggest you either stop fooling people or stop your business
