I am a user of airtel broadband internet. And using plans of 40MBPS but not getting more than 5 mb(as per speedtest.net) but frankly want to tell you there is some internet isue in airtel line because above an year back I was getting good speed. But from past 4 months having an issue in internet airtel did a support to change router and again and again visit of his technicians but my problem has not resolved.

Not only me there are lot of airtel users I found in my known facing this type of issue but airtel only want to increase customers by saving INDIA's Best Network via TV advertisement at the place of solving technical issues.
