I am using airtel service since 2014. Initially we need only calling service. For that purpose Airtel was good. But now we need 4G data with high speed so in this case Airtel network is worst. In my home which is center of city network in ground floor is worst. Not even I am able to call anyone from airtel sim. In third floor network is quite good but 4g net speed is same as 3g or 2g.
In my opinion never take airtel if u want to use congested area of the city. Its better to any other apart from Airtel.
Airtel should need some take urgent step to prevent losing long back customers. A big no for airtel who are planning to take airtel sim as primary purpose.
