My review on Airtel broadband, well by far this is the best ADSL connection I've heard of and also been using for the past 6 months or so.
Looking at BSNL's service and pathetic tech support, I decided to cancel my landline and also take up the new Airtel Broadband and Landline connection. The Sales guys were very prompt in signing me up for the package, infact, they came over to my residence, signed me up and my Broadband and Landline was up and running in 3 days flat!!
Since that day, I have not have had a single disconnection, touch wood! Connection and landline working smooth. My plan is the Unlimited 256Kbps connection, so that gives me an average speed of 36KBps of download speed while using microtorrent in windows and Transmission in Linux.
While normal download at times reaches upto 44Kbps, which is great. Tech support is also cool, a friend of mine had issues with the modem, it was replaced asap with hardly any lapse of service.
Overall, excellent package and indeed reliable.
