I am using airtel broadband for almost 5yrs now. We happened to buy this new apartment in Nizampet and at that time 2008, only Airtel was offering landline services in this area, So initially it was matter of choice (no other choice and we got Airtel connection) Broadband + Landline with few goodies like free calls and SMSs. Except during 1 or 2 times, I did not face any major issue.
My plan is 550 monthly rental, with 2 MBPS with 25GB of usage free, and post 25GB the connection speed will be 256 kpbs. I regularly watch live stream video and very good service. Originally it was 499 monthly rental, which got revised as per TRAI rules (this as per customer service advisor ) If you have proper, wireless modem it can support multiple (WIFI Enabled) devices. One thing I did not like is when they happen to revise the monthly rental, that just sent SMS
