First of all you must know that the story of Airlift is very far from being true, but that doesn't mean it's anything less. The movie is fairly watch worthy.
So first of all don't judge'Airlift' about it's nearness to history.
However, there are quite a few loose points like it's not Akshay's best performance if you have seen him in Sangharsh or Special 26 or baby. In many scenes he looks out of the character and his emotions doesn't do justice to the sequence.
He over-emotes in a few scenes and under-emots too. His look is quite justified as per the role but clothings look quite modern and not those of early 90's for all of the cast.Anyways, it's a feel-good film, worthy of watching once with family or friends.
