I am a user of AIRCEL service since 4 years. But in previour few month when I refill my credit amout it automatically deducted. When I call customer care they said my fault they never compermised.
If u need to run AIRCEL last chance is only refill special amount which are not deducted by company.
In aircel app u can not manage your account which is worst by other company app.
When aircel is provided 3G then it's normal but now other company provides that but AIRCEL not provided 4G service.
