Citibank is BSLI loyal agent to cheat people. 3.5 years back they sold me this plan. That time they told me that I can stop premium after 3 years and I can withdraw almost entire (90%+) money and my insurance will continue. When I received policy document I was not happy with all the terms mentioned in it. I try to contact bank guys who sold me this plan, but these guys disappear for a month. however I try to escalate the issue but by the time it was too late to return the policy. Now on completion of 3.5 years they are back and saying this is not a good plan, they have another very good plan. I can withdraw only 10% of my BLSI fund value so I should put fresh investment for their new plan.
Also, If I withdraw my entire BLSI money then I'll lose my insurance... (shit) however they have already took 20-25% of my entire investment in first 3 years as policy premium... Now GOD know what will happen... I have to fight with them again... this is 3rd or 4th time Citi did with me... No more now...
What a BIG plan... Good for nothing.... Good for them... Hell for us....
We pay tax from our hard earned money and these guys take away our savings...
