My experience at 3M car care Andheri:
29th November:
I gave my car for cleaning and it was returned in a good condition.I double confirmed with them that the car is 100% clean theoretically or as claimed by 3M, ”3M Car Care provides a Certificate of Assurance, declaring that 99.9% of germs have been removed.“
30th November:
As soon as, the other person(not from 3M) started putting on seat cover he realized that it is still not clean.Please find the attached video/pictures to see it yourself.There was a lot of dust on the seat cover.I complained about the same at the local 3M shop. They arranged the pick-up of the seat covers, which were already cleaned a day before, from my place and delivered it.
1st December:
The covers were clean but the washing detergent was still in there. Please find the attached video/pictures to see it yourself.I guess, leaving detergent in anyone's covers/clothes can’t be termed as completely clean. Well, I gave it for the laundry finally.
Manager Behaviour was nice throughout.I didn’t call him again.I just thought people and 3M need to be aware my experience.All I would suggest is, try to stay up to your Brand Name. I was not writing this whole incident in the first place. But, I decided that at least few of those who care to read reviews will save their time and money.
Q.Was it worth the money?
A.It is expensive but it was 3M.I thought they will act like professionals, and their services would be worth that extra money.I am disappointed in their services.
Q.Will I use their services again?
A.NO.
Q.Will I recommend it to my friends?
A. Definitely not.
Q. Am I seeking a refund of what I paid?
A. No. My time is worth more than that.
