Learnt my lessons on why to avoid aggregators like 1mg for diagnostic test services. I had booked few tests for my wife who had just delivered our baby. 2 Weeks post delivery she had some complications and doctor advised for few tests over whatsapp. I quickly booked one on 1mg through PathCare Labs Private Limited. Its been 8 days I have been following up and now they come back saying they need the sample again.
Absolutely ill equipped to run a healthcare business where time is critical. We were waiting for these reports to take next action.
Now the problem here is the complete opacity. I have no clue whether it was 1Mg who screwed up or the lab. They don't provide lab's center contact details and keep on giving template answers.
Never go to these aggregators for anything beyond the generic preventive tests.
