TATA 1mg, worst company, impossible to get refund. Review on 1mg

I had recently cancelled a LAB test on TATA 1mg just few hours after ordering as the test was not complete. They promptly confirmed the cancellation and successful refund of the amount via email. But never got the actual refund to my bank account. Highlighted the problem to TATA 1mg customer care, but for weeks they kept saying that money was'successfully refunded' from their side and delay may be because of banking issues. But they did not provide any proof of this refund. After 12 days even submitted the proof showing the original payment done from the bank account and no entry for any refund from TATA 1mg, they keep silence and don't give the refund. Worst, each time I reply to the original email, they open a new support case and ask silly questions without looking at the email trail. Worst company ethics ever since TATA has taken over this brand. They will never admit their mistakes and will blame all others for delays or failures.
