When Life takes a YOU turn...

I held the marker rather anxiously, looked at the white board and turned back, 20 odd faces were staring at me, all of them were elder to me in age and in other matters too, I took a deep breath and said, " This is not to show how much I know but rather to share what ever I know"

That was it! I knew I was living one of my many dreams, there was respect for me and as well as what I was saying, I went on to speak about the subconscious mind and I recommended books and movies and by the end of it I felt like I did some thing, something useful and worthwhile.

After about an hour when I was done, I promptly asked for feedback and one of them said, " I was hoping that it would have been longer!" That statement made my day! ;-)

I have always believed that teaching is the best way of learning and sharing what ever you know doesn't harm you but only makes you want to learn more.

All this doesn't make sense to you?

Sometimes it doesn't make sense to me either! I can't beleive that I was the same girl in school who dint know how to frame a proper sentence and today I am capable enough to give sessions on communication skills to people in my profession based on what I write!

Nothing makes me happier when people whom I hardly know appreciate my writing, for a girl who once said, "You are so white!" , I have come a long way! At least that's what I think ! :P

When you really want something all you have to do is take the first step towards it, then everything else falls into place because coincidences are meant to happen! :D
